Clear terms for a prepaid service.

1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of ForeverLM and its managed services. The service is operated by Aurify Technologies Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

Sign in with Apple is required for managed services. You are responsible for access to your Apple account and for activity performed through your ForeverLM session. Do not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass metering, authentication, or security controls.

3. AI balance and usage

• Purchased balance is a prepayment for future managed AI and hosted-MCP usage; it is not cash, stored-value currency, or transferable.
• The balance does not expire and is maintained in ForeverLM's server-side billing ledger.
• Usage is deducted at the displayed provider cost plus ForeverLM's stated margin. A final streamed request can slightly exceed the remaining balance because its exact cost is known only when the response finishes.
• When the balance is empty or negative, managed calls stop until you top up.
• Promotional or starter balance has no cash value and is not refundable.

4. Purchases, receipts, and tax

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. After a successful purchase, Stripe provides a receipt and paid invoice through email and your billing history. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax may be added where legally required and is never added to your spendable AI balance.

5. Optional auto top-up

Auto top-up is off by default. If you enable it, the Checkout confirmation states the trigger balance, target balance, maximum charge, and calendar-month limit before you save a payment method. New targets start at $25, with $5 as the recommended trigger. When your balance reaches the trigger, only enough prepaid balance to restore the target is purchased, subject to the monthly limit; applicable tax is charged separately. You can disable auto top-up at any time in Settings; disabling it does not reverse a refill already completed.

6. Refunds and disputes

You may request a refund of unused purchased balance by emailing support@foreverlm.com. Consumed usage and promotional balance are not refundable. Approved refunds return the unused purchased amount to the original payment method and remove it from your balance. Bank processing time is controlled by Stripe and your payment provider.

An open payment dispute temporarily freezes managed billing while Stripe reviews it. A lost dispute removes the corresponding purchased balance. These rules do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

7. AI output and service availability

AI output can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and for deciding how to use it. We may change models, prices, or service features, but completed purchases keep their dollar-denominated balance value. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate fraud or disputes, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you add. You grant the limited permissions needed to process that content when you request a feature. ForeverLM, its software, design, and service infrastructure remain owned by their respective rights holders.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions, refund requests, and billing issues can be sent to support@foreverlm.com or through the support page.
